Private and confidential Enclosure 6 ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc REQUEST FOR A SUPPLEMENTARY BUDGET TO COVER CAPRIAL EXPENDITURE REPAIR COSTS AT 30B KUDU ROAD 8 December 2015 Lusaka 1. Background: The following purchases and maintenance works of a capital expenditure nature need to be undertaken at 30B Kudu Road Kabulonga, the residence for the Chief Executive Officer: 1.1. Purchase and installation of one split air conditioner ,24000 BTU/hr, and all attendant accessories to replace one that recently got damaged and is irreparable. 1.2. Purchase and installation of one electric motor for the gate to replace the malfunctioned one. 2. Estimated cost The works in 1 and 2 above are estimated to cost K15,525 and K9,375 inclusive of labour and commissioning. 3. Request for a supplementary budget A supplementary budget for the two items above (K24,900) and an additional contingent amount of K15,000 is requested for Board approval. The contingent amount has been requested to cover any unforeseen expenditure that may be required at 30B Kudu Road upto the next budget i.e. 31 March 2016. The total amount of the supplementary budget of K39,900 is proposed to be relocated from the unutilized capital expenditure budget for the renovations of Investments House in Kitwe.
